One year after launch, we expanded our footprint by forming strategic partnerships with financing entities. This included registering contracts for individuals and companies, surpassing 250,000 contracts across various asset types, vehicles, real estate, and other assets.

We continued the strategic growth by expanding our service portfolio for the financial sector. We focused on building an integrated ecosystem that supports the entire contract lifecycle, resulting in the launch of diverse services, including document review based on the “Know Your Customer (KYC)” principle.

We strengthened our partnerships by signing with leading entities ELM and Thiqah ,and focused on enhancing and simplifying services and processes. This effort aimed to elevate efficiency and reliability across the platform, while introducing innovative services, including TWQ+, which contributed to making contract registration simpler and more seamless.

Customer experience is the core priority. This led to the complete launch of the new Tawtheeq Registration Gate, designed to simplify all processes, enhance usability, and introduce a wide range of advanced features and high-efficiency services.

As part of our continuous service expansion, we introduced individual-level services, including the Vehicle Ownership Transfer Service for Financing Lease Contracts. This service enables lessees to transfer vehicle ownership smoothly and conveniently through digital channels, as part of our comprehensive contract lifecycle services.
